Single-Family Residences or Condominium units can be appraised by a certified residential appraiser, as can two to four family dwellings. Our company has a residential appraisal division with several certified residential appraisers capable of appraising single-family residences and condominium units up to four family dwellings. Anything larger requires a Certified General appraiser or a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), with the more complexity the more the need for an MAI designated appraiser.
